Yeah, but how good a student you were. I attended fashion and was an excellent student. I made back my money in one year by conducting workshops.
I like drawing and designing dresses so civil engineering and fashion design would work out. Designing bridges scientifically and mathamticaly solving the problems and designing dresses creativly in referance to Christ would be a Gift from Jehovah to help others and the community❤❤. The fashion industry honestly needs God.
Disagree: You need to meet influential people to become influential yourself. Some people spend millions on event tickets just to meet others and make deals.
Hyy I’m apply ma in fashion designing technology in lcf. Should I go for. I’m really confused
Am confused now cause I love designing and I also really want to have my own luxury fashion brand , so what do I study. Can I combine courses 😭

Hey are you originally from the Caribbean ?
I have got your point my dia
Thanks I really needed to hear this….where did u study fashion???
I’m a senior in high school and I was thinking about going to FIT for fashion design so that I can learn to make my own brand, sell and design clothes, meet new people and make connections, make lot of money, get into the fashion and modeling industry, travel, and have great experiences. But recently I’m having a feeling that college might not be the path for me to make my dreams come true. With tuition , school making me do things their way. I just don’t think imma get what I’m looking for and it would be a huge waste of time. I don’t know what I should do cause I still want to be in New York and do all those things but I need a personal fashion design instructor that I can be their understudy and learn a lot and grow from. That can also take me to events and teach me and give me experiences that school won’t. Not to mention I also need to make enough money to still live in New York but Im lost rn and don’t know how to find that.
I really like fashion cause it as a lot of money or maybe you can help me to learn more
Thank you ❤
But What is the way to become a international famous fashion designer?
Is it just my dream I think
Many designers realise late that fashion is not art or entertainment,
it is a business!!
Tbh I'm 15 and fashion design had been my dream since grade 2 and tbh I want to work in this major because its my passion and I want it but mom won't let me thinking its a bad idea I die everyday watching abt fashion and can't do it
I teach merchandising and I tell my students the first day that the industry is destroying the planet, there is no point joining the industry unless you can solve problems that we are facing. So much of the returns, waste, unsold goods etc, goes back to bad merchandising.
A better school and what are the subject i must study as an art student
Which school can i go too
Are you from the Caribbean ?
You sound like an islander
Off topic but I just noticed if and got curious
Hii beautiful, do u think Fashion Management is better than fashion design ?

Hifriend I went to be you friend to teach me how to do it work better for fashion design bye
As an afterthought, this is some good information about fashion design. I won the best dressed award two years in a row (3rd, 4th grade), and as a young girl it put a lot of pressure on me. Fortunately, my mother was in charge of my wardrobe choices, but she always took me shopping for clothes, showed me things, and allow me to pick out things. Everything was the typical children's clothing, nothing fancy or pricey. I subscribed to all the fashion magazines, which helped to form my taste in clothes. I spent time researching different schools, and visited some in NY and one in California. I never made it to fashion school, but I did earn some certificates in fashion. As I got older, I think of my friendship with women, and realized that it is good to have a good following which I don't have. I thought maybe being a designer of women's clothing was not in the cards for me. So, I'm comfortable with learning how to sew, which I found out that fashion designers do the sketches, come up with the ideas, but I love sewing clothes. I wanted to sew because my older sister used to make clothes. My mom bought her a sewing machine and supplies, so she sewed at home. She was an encourager in me wanting to pursue that dream.
I wanna do fashion marketing, is that good?
I am 13 years old and I LOVE fashion. Sewing makes me happy and the thought of fashion runways or anything about fashion makes me feel inspired. Ever since I was 6 years old I loved drawing designs and I wanted to make them real. At 8 years old I discovered fashion designers, I didn't know they existed 😅 but ever since, I knew I wanted to become one. But the thing is, I am worried I don't have time to develop my sewing skills and a lot of people says that there's a very low chance of me becoming successful because being a fashion designer is hard here in the Philippines. Now, I am considering being a lawyer but I still feel like it's not for me. I want to become a fashion designer to make special occasions be more special for the clothes that they wear and I want to make people feel beautiful and comfortable with what they are wearing, I want them to speak through what they wear. But somehow, I feel like I won't be able to do that because I don't have a lot of experiences and I don't even know how to sew right. I feel like giving up on the dream that I have ever since I was young.
love you, thank you 😍
This woman LOOKS like she’d fail at a fashion degree. Why would anyone take advise from someone like that ?
Please people like her page pretty please 🙋♀️🙋♂️
Is pursuing Fashion management in MBA is waste of time?
Thank you for the information. I have a question, in learning fashion designing did you learn to sow/make dresses too? @wilnique hart
