  1. Mama Winnie really knows her job ❤ I should look for you Nicholas the next time I visit Uganda. I want you to take me to Shaka Zuru restaurant in Kampala you covered sometime back.

  2. 😘 I will have some chicken and rice and vegetable next week. Happy meal prep 😅. And some soup from red lenses and carrots and african spices. Best wishes 🤗
    Thanks for sharing.

  3. Nicholas do you know anything about biology…micro biology….micro bacteria…micro parasites…after touching everything during the day then you think by washing your hands and eating will wash micro bacteria away? Forks and Spoons were invented to prevent harmful micro organisms and bacteria from entering human bodies….watch skin under microscope on youtube

  4. I have enjoyed watching and I have learnt how to cook oluwombo. thank you for sharing your experience. Can you please share the actual address for good maps to direct up because we don't know how to get there. Thank you

  5. Everything was great until I saw black polythene being used to tie the luwombo and more plastic bags being used to press the Matooke. That black polythene leaches chemicals into the food.
