Lol.I never missed an episode of Tales by Moonlight growing up, except when NEPA decides to strike. One thing stood out for me in this video: the power of a good CV. Thanks for all you do.

I am not Nigerian but I can see from all the ones around me, how the culture nurtures aspirations to be the best in everything you do. The U.K. is desperate for teachers but they are very reluctant to hire overseas trained teachers because of so many bureaucratic processes which even they cannot understand. There have been countless initiatives put out by the U.K. government to help push the numbers up to help with current shortages, just like with the healthcare industry, but the people implementing these initiatives are the greatest impediments to it succeeding. For that reason, the shortages have reached critical levels, forcing those who are currently teaching to breaking point.
Thank you for this breakdown and for providing solutions to how you got around the problem. I hope more people watch your videos and get the inspiration to surmount the problem of getting jobs faster.
I am definitely sharing this with my friends and colleagues here.

    Cheering you on from Wiltshire!

Tales by moonlight was a thirty minutes story that thought children about morals. Actually two stories were usually told per episode. It helped young kids like me back then. 😅

Thank you for sharing your experience. It's helping me to prepare for my adventure to teach abroad.

    Shout-out from Nigeria 😊
