  1. I was so excited to watch your video. Was wondering for the peanut butter and jelly what are the sugar content? I want to gain weight but I'm worried about the high sugar content in foods. How do you balance the sugar content and gain the calories?

  4. I highly recommend switching that synthetic flavoured Yogurt with a greek yogurt, much much healthier than that yogurt full of sugars and synthetic ingredients , i switched and its the best decision ever

  5. Hormones also play a big part. Also looking e your body, because everyone can't gain weight, or has food allergies. I do love avocados, put them in my salad.

  6. Trying to gain weight your videos are great. Can I ask do you store those meals in the fridge? And just mircowave them when going to eat. Thanks x only reason I ask I'm a little nervous about eating chicken that needs to be reheated.

  8. Hey love i have a question, as you may already know you have to eat more calories than what you burn & we also need to exercise to gain weight, I'm trying to eat at least 3000 calories a day, how much time would I need to exercise a day?
