Ppl gain weight differently and in different places. If the body type is not already balanced in a curve way, they cannot naturally achieve the bbl look.

I highly recommend switching that synthetic flavoured Yogurt with a greek yogurt, much much healthier than that yogurt full of sugars and synthetic ingredients , i switched and its the best decision ever

Hormones also play a big part. Also looking e your body, because everyone can't gain weight, or has food allergies. I do love avocados, put them in my salad.

Hey love i have a question, as you may already know you have to eat more calories than what you burn & we also need to exercise to gain weight, I'm trying to eat at least 3000 calories a day, how much time would I need to exercise a day?
