  1. You want straight natural protein.eat avocado,pumpkin seeds.great source of pure protein..that bagel ain’t gonna do it.or cream cheese,processed food..if it has a label or expiration date,it’s processed.stay green.eat nuts,grained,fruit and greens! Vegetables!🙏🙏🙏🙏🙌🏾🙌🏾💯💯🫂🫂🫂

  2. just stumbled up on your video..but im really skinny i don't weigh a 100 pounds and im 19 years old it's really been a rough time for me i get body shamed a lot from both genders even members from my family i've tried eating healthy but wat if i dont have the money to buy all those stuffs that i need..but the truth is i really dont have the money i try gain weight by buying proteins shakes likes super mass etc but somehow it didn't work most of the times i get depressed even when i look in the mirror i hate myself so much because i don't feel confident in my own body its like i don't fit in and the truth is i really don't like my body i just want to gain some weight and be healthy and confident…i just want some advice please 😔I HOPE YOU READ THIS TEXT THO AND IMMA SUB CAZ I LIKED THIS VIDEO KEEP IT UP

  4. Watched this whole thing (and you look amazing) and all I keep wondering is how did you get your ponytail so smooth (without straightening your hair)??? Mine curly hair never gets that smooth for a ponytail!! 🥺💗🙏🌺

  5. que puedo hacer para tomar proteina si tengo colesterol alto???? 😩😩😩 estoy muy delgada y tengo colesterol , no puedo tomar huevos, bacon, leche , queso…. y me encanta no puedo evitar comerlos!!!

  6. I love too eat healthy foods and protein stuff i like protein shakes or avocado toast or egg on toast peanut butter with banana or a bread if you want too that needs too lose inches and weight too
