  1. When I was younger I ate a lot of oatmeal but now that I’m older I’m not really a fan but seeing how you made that oatmeal is kinda changing my mind cause it looks delicious…or maby Im just hungry lol 😂🎉

  3. Hey Sis! I fell off as well. Plans are changing and life was happening. Don't workout as much as I would like to, but I've completely removed processed foods, junk food, and just cook. The weight has been coming off consistently. I appreciate the encouragement and transparency. I'm locked in with you. I'm losing 100 pounds this year. Point, blank, period.

  4. Hey Sis, here for you. This is my type of content👌🏽 I love yogurt/oatmeal bowls. I do more Keto Style eating to maintain healthy eating habits. It's the easiest weight-loss plan for me to follow
    Along with exercise & I taking more water. TfS I definitely got some good meal ideas
