Hey Sis! I fell off as well. Plans are changing and life was happening. Don't workout as much as I would like to, but I've completely removed processed foods, junk food, and just cook. The weight has been coming off consistently. I appreciate the encouragement and transparency. I'm locked in with you. I'm losing 100 pounds this year. Point, blank, period.
