  1. the big picture ? the U.N. could hear something different ?

cuba doesn’t have the same sovereignty as the USA. they nearly learned the hard way (in the 1960s) that USA gets to decide that they cannot have long range missiles. mexico and nicuragua got the message. they choose peace not full scale sovereignty …

ukraine & georgia are learning the very hard way that it’s not up to them. russia has said “no NATO membership or even pre-NATO training & weapons donations” 2014. russia was patient – gave them 8 years with heavy diplomacy.

ukraine can’t win … it’s either peace on russian terms or its nuclear war.

ukraine has little use for the donbas anyway – it’s a pile of rubble. they could give it to russia (along with crimea) to save humanity.

    because peace matters.

    a lot.

lockheed-martin or raytheon profits not so important …

  2. Donald Trump was a better president than Biden as at least there was no new wars under the Trump administration and if the US wanted a ceasefire in GAZA & Lebanon they would stop all weapons shipments to Israel until they agree to sit down

  3. The U.N. has become a medium for lies whence blaming israel at war with Hamas and now Hezbollah.

It was Hamas and Hezbollah that picked up a fight with Israel. Now that they are at the losing end they complain and cry victim!?

Why the labanese government can not do anything to discipline Hezbollah or that Hezbollah is feared by the very government who is supposed to protect it's citizens!?

Terrorists now are tasting their own medicine i e. "Terrorizing the terrorists ".

There is no recourse for them but to lay down their arms and abandon their stupidity.

Anyone can easily become a terrorist, drag the U.N. into that stupidity and they become both stupid people. Provoke a war and then complain when losing it. That's how terrorism works in its most stupid manner.

And now crying for a ceasefire?

It is Hezbollah that is firing its rockets towards Israel. All Lebanon has to do is to discipline and stop Hezbollah it's stupidly and have them fall back towards the U.N. resolution of distancing itself from Israel and stop firing its rockets towards it!

  4. Think of it this way, if Israel doesn't chill out and accept the ceasefire agreement, then Europe is going to get another big, fat, giant "refugee/migrant" WAVE crisis.

  5. Does the BBC dare to cover Israel’s war crimes in amputating thousands of children and babies? Or destroying hospitals, schools and civilian shelters? Does the BBC dare to show where People in Gaza have to go to find drinkable water?
Does the BBC dare to compare Israel and Netanyahu to Nazi Germany and those who wiped out my people in Europe during WWII.
I’m a Jew not a Zionist! Netanyahu the terrorist must be prosecuted for WAR CRIMES NOW!

  6. 11 months Lebanon attacks Israel and drove thousands of residents from their homes and turned them into refugees. This is without any provocation from Israel. Where was the world at this time, why didn't the world condemn and make Hezbollah stop. And now that Israel is beginning to overwhelm Lebanon, the whole world is waking up to feel sorry for the people of Lebanon hiding missiles in their homes. If this is not discrimination on the part of the world towards Israel? What is discrimination?

  8. Since the majority of nations condemned Israel’s actions, I have a great respect for the UN. My country, is still controlled by AIPAC. State Department disgraced itself.

  9. Funny how every time there’s a conflict, the west and its allies are never ever at fault. Can’t help but look at the common denominator that is Israel

  10. In my opinion, the United Nations is no longer relevant. Most of its member countries are no longer truly Western, even if their names haven’t changed. Their ideology is now more Middle Eastern than Western.
