Firstly, Congratulations to South Africa for undertaking such a bold move in the interests of our fellow brothers and sisters who are being murdered en masse in Palestine. However, I feel that the ICJ recommendations are flawed, since a complete and thorough investigation on what occurred on October 07th was not carried out. There is sufficient physical evidence to indicate that many of the victims were killed by the IDF. Secondly, if Israels argument was mainly based on the actions carried out by Hamas, why were they not given as opportunity to respond to all the accusations. Every legal case has to have representations from a plaintiff and defendant in order for an outcome to be justified. The only outcome should have been a ceasefire. Period.

None of this could / would have happened if Hamas did not launch their horriffic massacre on 7 October, taking 250 innocent hostages (the majority of which have not been released as yet) … A sobering thought … Furthermore, all this can be stopped in an instant by Hamas releasing the remaining hostages & surrendering … Another sobering thought … So, who's to blame for starting this … & who's to blame for prolonging this???
What is Palestinian government doing about the hostages??? Nothing … not even urging Hamas to release the hostages … not even mentioning the hostages held by Hamas / UNRWA …

I have a question. Didn't the International Court of Justice say that the Court is: "Gravely concerned about the fate of the hostages abducted during the attack on Israel, on 7 October, 2023, and held since then, by Hamas and other armed groups, and calls for their immediate, and unconditional release." Immediate and unconditional release. And that was a week ago. And all I'm hearing about are deals and conditions.
