  2. if u want to fry bananas.. make sure its half ripe.. and dip it in a rice flour batter .. in Malaysia this delicacy is known as Pisang Goreng which means fried bananas in Malay 🇲🇾

  3. Thanks for this video.
I was craving fried plantain bt not possible get some soon, then I wondered if I could fry bananas 😅
I checked to know if someone has tried it n then I saw this video.

Unlike yours, mine was firm just like plantain and didn't soak up oil, so i guess the specie of banana plays a role. It was tasty too❤

  4. Hi sis. I actually watched a video where banana was caramelized and added to ice cream. It was done with some sort of kitchen torch or lighter that brings out fire. The fire was just placed directly on the sugar coated banana and it turned brown .

  5. I don’t even think I will ever fry my banana never, just see how it’s 🤣🤣when I see my Philipn friends fry banana I laugh alot cus they eat junk food alot

  6. Since the bananas soaked a lot of oil, may be one can use less oil to fry it. I do enjoy your vidoes. Keep it up 👍🏾. I have tried frying the unriped ones & they came out like plantain chips.

  7. Untried donkey years ago, without salting. It was just like frying overly ripe plantain…so it's very sweet and very soft. That's all I experienced.
