Its hell trying to fast around indian families like the temptations, the insisting on eating food, them giving you like 3 additional pounds after eating, it's horrible. Not complaining though, i love the food

You shouldn't exercise when you fast. You burn thru your stored glycogen and then your body needs to break down muscle for protein for glyconeogenisis plus it adds stress which affects fat burning as well
