  1. A lot of you keep asking me about how I donโ€™t put on weight or how my gut health is or how i am thin etc.

    This OMAD challenge was one of the things I did to improve gut health, lose a lil weight and improve cognitive ability.

    I practice intermittent fasting at least 15 days every month and that helps in keeping me mentally and physically fit to go and enjoy myself other wise.
