ICJ is a joke.
By not finding evidence of an alleged genocide, they simply try to accuse us with the assumption of preventing it, the hypocrisy of the court and that of South Africa ended in shame by not demonstrating a Genocide existing only in their imaginary fables and fairy tales.
The court says nothing about the terrorists avoiding attacking Israel and does not require a report from them even though they know that Israel is attacked daily by them.

The International Court of Justice (ICJ) has lost its legitimacy, making decisions that appear entirely politically motivated and not by international law. Israel is perceived as the rich brat who gets away with anything. Therefore, defunding the ICJ and allocating funds to cancer research would be preferable.
They need to be careful…because they are really on the verge of losing any all integrity. After all it must be clear to anyone. Israel will not stop…And there is no legal bind of any sort without the power to exert it…Ask the eastern european states about how much laws are worth when you lose the ability to enforce them over other states puushing in.

Israel is attacking civilians and the civilian infrastructure on a large scale. It's not a case of a few isolated, collateral incidents, but their entire approach is based on overwhelming destruction. There is no question that these are war crimes, and such destruction directed at a given nation or race is genocide. It's clear and simple – the rest is just bloody politics.
Israel needs to allow for the creation of Palestine, just like the UN allowed for the creation of Israel.
