The ruling will not deal with the core accusation of the case as to whether or not Israel is committing genocide in Gaza. Instead, the Friday ruling will focus on nine “provisional measures”…

  1. South Africa victory but some douts in this order judge not use word cessfair immediately in Gaza plastine this is power to Israel and he now speed airstrikes on Gaza plastine people's civilians children's and owmans shame i think they judge from America every body thinking this reason she given this order Israel have rights to save them but Israel now speed in his airstrikes and killed to innocent civilians plastine people's children's and owmans and old aged persons and hospital workers and destroy hospital shame

  2. By not finding evidence of an alleged genocide, they simply try to accuse us with the assumption of preventing it, the hypocrisy of the court and that of South Africa ended in shame by not demonstrating a Genocide existing only in their imaginary fables and fairy tales.

The court says nothing about the terrorists avoiding attacking Israel and does not require a report from them even though they know that Israel is attacked daily by them.

  3. Government officials are enemies to the people, they steal from the people, they abuse the power if the people, they do not respect the people, WND THE TYRANT RULE OF ALL NATIONS

  4. South Africa has every day restrictions on water and electricity but instead of trying to sort out its internal problems points finger at Israel; not to mention about the story that goes around regarding money being paid to the ruling ANC by Iran to the amount of 100 million dollars to pay for the ICJ appearance and ANC election campaign

  5. The International Court of Justice (ICJ) has lost its legitimacy, making decisions that appear entirely politically motivated and not by international law. Israel is perceived as the rich brat who gets away with anything. Therefore, defunding the ICJ and allocating funds to cancer research would be preferable.

  6. They need to be careful…because they are really on the verge of losing any all integrity. After all it must be clear to anyone. Israel will not stop…And there is no legal bind of any sort without the power to exert it…Ask the eastern european states about how much laws are worth when you lose the ability to enforce them over other states puushing in.
You dont have any period. So…i really dont see how this is gonna be a ruling for EITHER or THE OTHER side. They will do nothing, to not further strain their already inate and WANTED uselessness. Which was decided on by the winning powers of ww2. Who really abused this court and its apendeces as a tool to pacify the world to THEIR ruling not the UNs ruling.

  7. Irony is that most of those accusing Israel in genocide, themselves deprived Israel of rights to exist – question its legitimacy to have a state. But perhaps that is the nature of every accusation, as for instance russian imperialists accusing their neighbors of nationalism.

  8. To prevent Genocide of Palestinian people Isreal will wipe out Hamas. Hamas is guilty of Genocide of Palestinian people using them as cannon fodder for Jihad

  9. Israel is attacking civilians and the civilian infrastructure on a large scale. It's not a case of a few isolated, collateral incidents, but their entire approach is based on overwhelming destruction. There is no question that these are war crimes, and such destruction directed at a given nation or race is genocide. It's clear and simple – the rest is just bloody politics.

Israel needs to allow for the creation of Palestine, just like the UN allowed for the creation of Israel.
