ICJ is not an independent body, but an arm of the Western Powers and the US, and will only do what has been told to them by the bosses – as so many people in Asia feel and say. Unfortunate ! ICJ must put its foot down now and tell the US and its allies that it is there for Justice and not for favoring any party. We all respect ICJ, and hope for Justice to the unfortunate Palestinians.

In case Israel invades Palestinian land but loses and Israel loses part of the land to Palestine, Israel has the right to go to court to sue Palestine to reclaim the land lost to Palestine?
It will mean as much as them telling Russia to stop the war on Ukraine or Hamas to release the hostages. They are as much use as a chocolate fire guard!
First return the land to Palestine. Then have the Israelis who are dual citizens go back to their country, next those who migrated to and born in israel chose, to go back to their country or apply for Palestinian citizenship.
