Their focus on education many decades ago oftentimes overlooked is paying of they now have their own top universities. Many of our advances in technology were partially accomplished by foreign graduate students like Indian and Chinese working for our tech industries

The russian people are very conservative and corrupted, they go to the EU to enjoy their fantasy of life, don't forget that they are racist and conservative. Education in Russia is mediocre, look at how many Nuclear Chernobyl tragedies they have witnessed, historical.
2. The culture of China is the opposite of Russian people.
Chinese people came to the USA with a huge background in education. They graduate in the USA with high standards. They prefer to return to their country because most of them are paid by the Chinese government. Those guys are loyal to china culture. It is a cultural issue.
