In Korea you have to pay (in cash) the price of a home, such as in this case >> $340,000.00 USD in order to rent the home "rent free." So ludicrous. And btw, Jeonse scams are on the rise in Korea and many people lose their entire life savings this way and never get their money back. I'd simply rent and pay more monthly. The interest income the owner could make from Jeonse can easily be broken up into monthly payments.
Is that per year or per month and is that in usd or Korean currency???
Depending on which part of Seoul u r living, price will differ. They r usually much more than $340,000.
This is for (((((rent)))) , is that Soal or USA dollar 's price …..❓😁
Mommy and daddy paid the property like so many other Koreans. Spoiled kids lol
rich girl …
$340,000 is which currency? Seems really high in dollars but low in won
Is that $340k USD per year for renting? or 340k won per month?
Seems like a very luxurious property for such a low deposit
I’m jealous of the dryer
$350,000????
Her voice is so relaxing 😭
I love her style
The cost of living there seems high? With that money you can build your own house in the US. Unless the money conversion is different?
$340k a year or month 😮
She has a beautiful voice.
Look like newly move in
They are both so chill omg, love the woman’s vibe and her fashion style!! ❤
340k? wtffff
Goes to show you. Location is everything. That same place in another city is 120k max.

Fashion has become inextricable. I'm worried 😅
But srsly, ovens in Korea are kind of rare. And an enclosed shower! 😱

there is no way you get this in Seoul for 4억5천원, if there is, please let me know where, I want that, too. PS: yes I know what 전세 is, still.
Her voice kinda reminds me of Awkwafina🫶🏽☺️
Not the outside clothes on the bed 😭
Why not just start the video with “this if my friend and what she pays for rent” ha
Jake!
동네가 어딘지요? 어글리한 전세집밖에 못찾겠어요 😢😢
That's actually a great place for a $340k Jeonse. A dryer AND a dishwasher? And an oven? A balcony? All that space? That's a nice place.
