  1. I love this, except for the "getting to know neighbors" part. I don't believe in socializing with neighbors. What of you fall out, then you have to look at them everyday. That's why I just stay to myself…

  2. Jackfruit is a fruit eaten by meat eaters and everyone, it has nothing to do with vegans. Do vegans eat jackfruit? Yes, but they also eat apples, avocado, mulberry, cashew and everything else he identified.

  3. I have been following you on and off. I came to Ghana in 2016 and moved here in 2020 as I was building my home. I was wondering about the area you are building. Have you experienced termit that are notouris in Ghana.
Most people use tiles instead of wood floors. No disrepect. Your doing a wonderful job

  4. Yeah right. Move to Africa, invest your hard earned money into building something of value only to have some scamming ass African government finesse you out of everything you built. No thanks. I'm building right here in the country my ancestors built from scratch. FBAs don't run we build.

  5. Always Appreciate The Devil You Know Better than the angel.
Most people are dumb to see a misleading headline! Is it the figure stated 50%? What was said or do you know about the payment plans?
So he moved to Ghana in 2016, it takes him 8 years to set up?
In most part of Africa, no body will find your dead body or families dead body to talk about!
You either pay outright and own documents with title deeds of property!
Better get shot in any where in the world where the law works than move into 3rd world economies where there is no law! If you do not plan to live in any 3rd world country for a minimum 3 months, never in your mind fantasize on buying modular properties or finished properties.
The biggest culprits are now not even the African people, they are those who are Blacks of American or European Origin!
You will lose your case in most African courts!
Can you stay in any part of Africa 2 years on the minimum for a judicial court case of challenging a property?
If it is 50% @ $35 grand what is the final value?
Is it tax inclusive or exclusive?
Do you know Ghana has perhaps the highest taxes in Africa?
You always stand a better chance on any African soil with your physical involvement of energy and time to experiencing the community for some time to learn and study them.
The Africa now is not the Africa 25 years ago.
25 years ago, Africa was Africa, a place where truth and honesty existed with due diligence!
The Africa now is a totally different place.

The 50% upfront payment fast track highway robbery is one of the highest victory to winning small brains!
Don't be surprised to get to know the final price with tax over $100 grand!
See the property fully built with all cash payments upfront and take your title deeds and property!
    That must be the baseline!
    Or
You either buy the land to not go through fake headlines or juicy headlines and put up your property !

  6. Just imagine if all these black athletes, actors, musicians, exc, would pull together and go home, (Africa) and start to build together, one thing about most black people in America is they're all mostly about themselves, selfish, Dom even realize that maybe God has blessed them to bless others

  7. I remember when he built that Earthbag house. I was so shocked when he sold it. I also remember all the trials he was going through, especially building that road up to his property before the homes were built. So happy to see his success. I love watching the process that leads to the product of what used to be a dream.
