@UmarYusuf-g3s

Beautiful looking house
However, it is pricey. Bro we all build ooo and we don't compromise on quality.

@manuelmarfo6933

Hope one day you will show another beautiful house with the pool inside the house but not the compound or the back yard.

@stardel

Why do all the windows have bars?? Also, it's very strange the balcony door has a knocker & peak hole

@kwesioti-vt9bz

No green area,concrete everywhere that is bad of Ghanaian estate developers

@akula7294

Don't be fooled. This piece of trash 🗑️ is not worth even $70,000

@Jen-Inspired

Why do developers in ghana hate trees and plants? 😂 this one even tried.

@mustaphasirina1892

Poor design for me just look at that big flat space there I mean is a one storey at least u should made some balcony from there or a huge window to give more ventilation or hood view

@kwabenatree

The house is too big You cant even walk around the House. 2:43 what is that ugly door. A.C on top of the building. 4:58 Wash machine in the Kitchen? The Closet is just Hmmm. You have vitiator in your neck at 5:15. 7:59 at the door small tiles The toilet and sink look like Kindergarten toilet etc 😢😢

@Rain-ox3dp

might as well be a townhouse, too close to each other, but they are beautiful

@Kwadwotrade

After the being has been bought can you build the walls to the height I want?

@montumeroe9593

That price is bit high there are other places to go where you can get bigger and finished for the same or less.

@narteyjoesamuel

Wonderful house and a home to live with family. I love 😍 love 😍 it. Anyway is this house still available please?

@HolyGhostBabyTV1

Nah I'm paying for space land distance between houses.

How can you not talk about the bath tub? the best thing in the house. Bath tubes are hard to find in houses i have seen in Ghana.

This property is ugly. No Nature. No Life concrete jungle.

@vancheddaawambi3397

320, 000 apuuu even in the US u won’t pay this amount even if u do for 30 yrs… AMA Ghana ahh

@samuelasante7044

Boss don't vex but ma question is, is the house going to be yours forever if you buy this house?

@daisyduck6094

Love the layout of the master bedroom especially the bathroom

@Mzladyjustice

nawl… no land.. no grass not worth 320.000 US dollars !

@wrongtruth

This man will make you buy anything! Your energy is off the charts!

@Moneyman077

I really love the Ghanaian real estate market! Compare to the Nigerian market Ghanian have much more to offer. With that said, the houses shouldn't be so close to each other for safety reasons like "fire outbreaks."

@jeangermain3621

I am wondering If you guys finance???

@agnestekyi6078

I like high ceilings which are missing in most of these properties?

Do you have glass door frontals?

@agnestekyi6078

Why are all developers building without leaving any green areas? I shall not buy a house without at least garden beds. How will the land breath without any outlets for rain water? More space for my re trees is important.

The space at the back is also small.

@jayb64

Can you mortgage these properties??

@ambu1822

Forgive my ignorance. Why cant we build with wood in Africa like in North America?

@marianababa1005

Yes,beautiful 😍 one of the best I have seen in ghana. Pricey though, but love it.

@siabonganomvete8509

Who makes ur dresses bro can I their number thanks

@chrissyi7363

👏

@mizzy261

Love this master bedroom so spacious! But why is this washing machine in the kitchen??? And where's the dryer?

@kofiaidoo1765

Is it still available?

@imonlineshopper

I hope he's a presenter/announcer in his other job… amazing presenter voice

@donnbiggie

No swimming pool. It makes it a minus for this price.

@stevesimba1591

Please what’s the plot size?

@edrinkalema1114

Wonderful watching live from Japan 🇯🇵 🇺🇬🌍🌎🌏🇺🇬

@sharonakumiah2863

It's a beautiful property, however I wish there would have been some bit of greenery. Accra and its environs is fast becoming a concrete city which is not great for our environment. Are we thinking of sustainability and the environment when we are building such stunning properties? Just my thoughts but yes the property is lovely all the same

@Uncle-Basil

This is a beautiful home, $320k is a bit high, but I guess it depends on the location…thanks for sharing.

@florachiwendu1459

Do you only have properties in Accra? How about Kumasi? Haven't seen any of your properties in Kumasi. I think I'm more interested in Kumasi

@herttypalace2345

Please your number we want to buy some

@patriciamatthews9390

Beautiful ❤️

@SG-sg5vf

Where’s the green , nature… too much concrete

@nanaama3647

Beautiful building but I don't like that you open and the first thing to see is the whole living room and dining facing you, ghanaian homes should start adding foyers

@5504berry

It appears it is cheaper to just purchase land and build.
