If you lose the land rights in 60 years, its not yours….. There isn't any security in that, especially moving your family from another country….
Great job asking about the leasehold and it's length in your video. Unlike many Youtubers who glamourize properties without addressing key questions, you've tackled what viewers really want to know. Kudos for your bold approach. Don't worry about the criticism regarding the price. Ghana offers land for everyone's budget. It's a beautiful well developed location. You gained thumbs up.❤
Happy Holidays 😊
170K for a luxurious family home a steal!
Whew… people are not reading he said 20 plots for 25k thank you for sharing
how can he say it will definitely be renewed? he won't be here in 60 years. truth neither will you.
This is sad! These Youtubers need "content" so much for their channel that they will put anyone and say anything on their channel. How can you with good conscience promote a parcel of land costing usd $25,000 as AFFORDABLE in Ghana??? These Youtubers are part of the problem!
These diasporans do not know how difficult it is to raise such amount in Ghana!
I wonder if the locals around the area are aware of these prices.
That’s why over price for a land you can never own , 50 year lease is a joke , 25 thousand dollars is a scam , they are even telling lies it’s 50 year lease not 60 and the owner do not have to renew the lease that’s why it’s call lease , I paid only 1500 pounds for my plots in the same area
I think many people have not yet understood what is generally going on in Africa at the moment. It's getting more expensive instead of cheaper. If you can, buy land in Ghana now.
I don’t understand how they under value the ghanian currency and promote and value dollar. They simply ignore the citizens whom the lands belong too. N focus on selling their lands to foreigners to take it over. This is like slavery.
For sale? Shouldn't that be for lease?
thank vou for your video and your telephone today
Thank you Vanessa for sharing this video. I'm amazed at many are complaining and not grateful for the opportunity that is available. It's not that the cost is to high, just find what for your budget.
Wait the land is leased and not really yours??? Pass
The Audacity to say that a 70×100 parcel of land costing USD $25,000 is AFFORDABLE is simply disrespectful to the hard working people of Ghana. This is corporate GREED ! Why not sell these lands in the local currency??!!!
Overpriced!
will it be renewed in 60 years. My man said yes of course. ….. That made me feel uneasy.
They are literally robbing the people in Ghana!! Smdh!!
Madness
Is it land for LEASE or land for SALE?
As much as I love this. N I really do. I absolutely hate that the local people are priced out of everything, every 4kin thing.
It will be interesting if you did a video of the flip side from the local people point of view.
The wealth disparity Is at the highest it's ever been n growing.
It hurts when you have memories of many places n next thing they are gated houses n opulent houses you can't even dream off.
How are you selling something that is being leased? Isn’t “selling” the transfer of ownership? So how is it being leased with option to renew but it’s being sold? I am confused. Misnomer?
Wait! 25k $ for a plot!!!!!!!!! As a uk citzen even i cant afford this… .
Hahahahhaha you mad 25k ya people tripping.!
HELLO, thanks for you videos. Can you do a show round of my property we are in Achimota I think it would be mutually beneficial ?
