  1. Good ! Can you add a Regional MAP to show Banjul and Serekunda to have an idea of the NEIGHBOURHOOD ( who are they ? nurses, police officers, teachers, civil servants, etc.)
Can a foreigner rent for a period of 3 to 6 months ONLY ?
How much for a DOUBLE size bed ( bedframe and mattress ) and a kitchen table with 4 chairs ?
Tell s the price in DALASI !

  2. I moved from Uk to east Africa I’ve lived on £70 monthly rent for 6 months, Which is a bargain.
Now I have to go back to depressing UK for financial reasons any advise on how to live there for long term or forever I hate the Uk

  3. In California people are paying up to $2,000 a month for a two bedroom apartment. 🤦🏾‍♀️ Thank you for sharing. Can you please make a video about how to pay for the electricity and water?

  4. Thanks for showing us this. Wow. This is so affordable. Right now in the U.S. in Miami a studio or 1 bedroom is literally starting at 2k and more. I have to visit The Gambia soon. I want to invest there.

  5. Not trying to be negative, the idea is great, price is right, but I noticed a few problems: entrance walkway, the roof spacing will present a lot of water seeping down. Rainy season will be horrible. Also, where r the sinks, none in kitchen nor bathroom, no designated shower area, no storage. plus parking was never mentioned. who pays for garbage removal, grounds maintenance.
