    3 One day, I will be the judge of all mankind just as every prophet will be the judge for his generation. It is written that the apostles will only judge the twelve tribes of Israel for the period of time in which the Lord Jesus Christ was on the earth. Romans 2:16 says that Paul will be the judge of all mankind for the period of time in which he was on earth. And I, Kacou Philippe that speak to you, I will be your judge before God.
