  1. I have seen some poo in my time, there are a lot of doodoo buildings in England for what I can see your building poo in Ghana. This is Ghanian Architecture !!!! I 'm sorry its shit, you can do better than this. You built a this doodoo in front of a swamp …….what are you doing. Also, do you have constant electricity where are the solar panels/photovoltaics. OMG what are you doing !!!!!!!!!!!!!

  2. Sorry but this is ridiculously expensive taking into account Ghana’s gdp per capita. The prices of these condos I can buy in the USA city like Chicago downtown condo for the same price in world class city. So no the pricing is ridiculous when you think about it.

They need stop building with imported and source locally. No condo should be more than $80,000 in Ghana

  3. Vanessa I'm more interested in the roads from Accra mall to these properties. Yes, the properties are relatively cheaper, and in good location. But what if the roads are so bad that I'm unable to drive home or have to go through miles of potholes to get home? The target of these developers is diasporans and expatriates because the average Ghanaian can't afford these properties even in a thousand years. So if we are the targets, then they have to do better. Businesses can no longer be passive with government. They can also put pressure on government to help fix our roads. If roads were good, this property's worth 15% more in my view.

  4. @ Vanessa, how about showcasing other comparable estate build projects like the Jolly B estate at Oyarifa Accra which is as good as diasporans can get?

  5. I have never understood the reason why Ghanaians put the washing machine right inside the kitchen. Where you cook and eat shouldn't be at same place as your dirty laundry. That concept is very unhygienic.
