  1. That yoghurt is anything but healthy! Loaded with sugar!! Get the lancewood plain double cream yoghurt it has the lowest carb content at 2g per 100g
    I no longer eat boerewors because of all the crap they add to it like gluten and sugary worcestershire sauce and preservative chemicals are through the roof

  2. You need to check the ingredients of your boerewors – usually full of total rubbish – does not matter which supermarket you buy it from – you need to find a butcher who only uses salt in their sausages. And yes the yoghurt you bought is full of sugar and chemicals 😢

  3. Be careful, unfortunately that yogurt is full of sugar and other nasty's. Just as bad as candy. Get the double cream plain yogurt or plain greek yogurt. I love the Double cream yogurts from Woolworth's, but the other stores also have versions of a double creamit. Always check your ingredient list on the products.
