Morocco are not arabs, Majority are Berbera, arabs makes up 44% only. Since the king are arab and descendant of Ahlu bayt they made Arabic official Language. It like somalia, where official language are Arabic but Majority people are not Arabs, Somali people make up 70% of total population but those Of Arab origin 30% rules the country and made somalia as part of arab league
