  1. Any tips on staying motivated?? Every time I try I either get burn out, injured or caught up in other matters. ( Was sporty, major injuries, University and stress/tiredness with work)

  2. In dec 2022 I was 72 kg and my height is 5'4 i look fatty and very much under confident so i started doing exercises in home after continuous 6 months i seeing change in body i started looking slim I was happy…and then I keep going.. after 9 months i loose 18 kg weight …but here the twist

    I m addicted to exercise I was doing 300 push up each day …and quitting everything that causes fat gain. …

    One day i started feeling dizzy..and then my dizziness still continue. I m so worried about it. I stopped doing exercises i visited doctor doing many treatment.. but nothing helped me I can't even walk properly I was so depressed that I talking depression pill. .
    After 6 months i feel little better.. but again I m 68 kg.. right now..

  4. 5:55 so if she did a workout and burned 800 kcal, she would consume only 500 kcal for the day? Or am I misunderstanding. Because I only do at homeworkout and after one hour I would've burned just about 200 kcal. Applying her rule to me, I could eat -100 kcal for the day lmao Can someone explain?

  5. i've recently started cutting out the amount of snacks i ate (while not being hungry ofc) and in less than a month i have lost 8 pounds! i was at 138 and i'm currently at 130, but i'm hoping to get down to 127! I'm 5'8 and i'm fine with being 130, but i want to shed some weight off my shoulders and gain muscle instead. Does anyone have tips?

  6. I am starting my weight loss journey. I am day 6 into some light work outs because i cannot for the life of me work out a lot. Its not just my weight, but my asthma, that holds me back, but im still pushing myself, and these videos really help me because I WANT THAT. And the only one who can help me get there is me.
