  1. cool, i did with what i had in place: dairy, dairy kefir, whey powder, oats, blended nuts/seeds powder: almonds, chia seeds, poppy seeds, sunflower & pumpkin, melon seeds, flax seeds, fennel seeds (aid digestion), rose petals (cooling the system), fresh strawberries, cinnamon powder, cardamom powder, ginger powder, black pepper powder, turmeric powder, cacao powder. the spices give taste & aid digestion, seeds have lots of nutrients concentrated. this was a full power meal replacement post-workout

  2. I’m ftm and trying to gain mass as I’m working out since I have a very fast metabolism, I’m starting from having a literal stick figure with and pre T but I’ll be making that protein shake everytime I work out ! Thanks for making this video !
