If you want the weight to go to you butt you have to work out your butt with squats donkey kicks fire hydrants etc. Working out your butt will wake up the muscles tear up your proteins in your butt so the new proteins your gaining will be used to build it back up making it bigger
Is it just me or I don't really like going to my doctor about weight gaining stuff because they always say "Why would you want to take that you don't need it you're weight is fine" but I don't like being skinny bruh.
