  1. Hi love ❤. Get a much protein as possible with each meal and snack. Look for high numbers of protein in food. For example, the brand (Ratio) has a yogurt that has 25g protein per serving. Drink protein shakes in between meals.

  2. visit a doctor if you're above 20 , if you're in teens you'll automatically gain it as you grow. or otherwise there is no wrong in this shape people lose weight to make this shape you're natural. i am 23 with same physique but my doctor said you're normal and eat more. i will recommend you eat good diet.

  3. If you wanna put on weight try high cal diet
    But be careful so you dont over do it best way to put on weight is to eat over the 4k cal a day but i would talk to a doctor or nutrionust before doing this and bot rsndom people on shorts
