Thank God someone made a recipe with food that makes sense. Someone said Kenyan recipe and put bell peppers and broccoli. I was pisseddd cuz miss ma’am I sure didn’t grow up eating broccoli and bell pepper so obviously I’m not going to like eating it now
Please be cooking your dry spices at the beginning with your onions. Adding dry spices to food like that means you eat raw spices which is just a waste in terms of flavour and nutrients and then also you'll get issues like gas and hyperacidity.
