We Found a European Country Inside Africa | Cape Verde

I travelled to the Beautiful island of Cape Verde off the shore of West Africa. This country is very popular among Europeans and has been made to look and feel like Europe. I hope this Travel episode makes you want to Visit Cape Verde.

  1. Let's cut Steven Ndukwu some slack here. He was simply highlighting how Cape Verde's European aesthetic might surprise some, not implying it's a European country in Africa. The influence is undeniable, and many African nations embrace diverse cultural influences. Let's focus on appreciating the beauty he showcased rather than nitpicking semantics.

  2. I’m here wondering if y’all brains were made out of play-dough, you should be ashamed for laughing at the number of days those prisoners couldn’t survive, first time seeing your video and you gave me a good reason why I should never see one again, люди не рождаются дебилами, они становятся дебилами.

  3. Africans with Oyinbos have better and higher standards of living and that’s a facts. Why are millions of Africans risking their lives crossing the deadly Sahara and the Mediterranean? Not be emotional just admit the truth by looking at the empirical evidence.

  4. Im so proud of mu my self that im 33 years old but i knew about Cape Verde around 20 years ago. Did some studies during my teenage years. Same as Sao Tome and Pricipe, and Guinea Bissau… I realized many people started to know it during recent Afcon tournaments. African should understand Africam cultures before trying to understand America and UK or Dubai. We need to show patriotism and Grow our own Tourism

  5. How many Cape Verdans own the hotels and tourist attractions within their own country? This reminds me of the same dynamic in the Caribbean…foreigners owning everything while the locals play host.

  6. lol. I don’t understand why the comrades are mad at the title. All African countries have their own uniqueness, treating African as one country is ignorant and will never work.

  7. My guy dropped d ball on this one. Sadly moving back to Nigeria it’s exhausting how much I have to correct and educated the colonized young minds of Nigerians

  8. Dear Steven please film it in Honduras, Marshall Islands, Argentine, Peru, Colombia, Mexico, Haiti, Panama, Guayana, Cuba, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Aruba, Chile, El Salvador, Uruguay, Armenia, Georgia, Turkey, Cyprus, Greece, Andorra, Venezuela, Nicaragua, Canada, Guatemala, Belize, Barbados, Brazil, Bahamas, Paraguay, Jamaica, Dominican Republic, Cayman Islands, Bermuda, Bolivia, Caribbean, Fiji, New Caledonia, Australia, South Africa, New Zealand, French Polynesia, China, Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, Laos, Indonesia, Thailand, Russia, Belarus, Vietnam, Germany, Italy, Poland, Moldova, Croatia, Belgium, Spain, Thank You Very Very Much.

  9. It seems Europeans have colonized your mind. I will not be subscribing to your channel, because the way you presented this video tells me everything I need to know about you.

  10. I’m myself surprised that this Nigerian brother didn’t know about cap verde as an African country that few miles of Sénégal ??????yeah it’s tourist friendly country because of it sun different that tropical mainland Africa ok

  11. I'm from South Africa and never knew Cape Verde looks like this. I however wanna see indigenous people and their lives and that's where I would rather visit. I love your Channel. Really love Cape verdean Life

  12. Shame on you Steven for laughing at the dead prisoners that couldn't last long in the camp of slow death. Very insensitive of you. It shows this is just an entertainment and money-making venture for you. Pull down this video.

  13. just to clarify, this country has nothing to do with Europe. They kind of speak a latin language but that is only officially, because the people speak creoule.
this is similar to canaries but worse, in the sense it is very dry and mostly rocks and volcanic sand.

  14. I'm Cape Verdean
    thanks for the video
I just didn't like the title of the video
We have nothing to do with Europe, we are Africans with great pride ✌️

  15. One of the main things about travelling is that you do it to know to be exposed by the local culture and to be surrounded by people slightly different than you. What’s the point of travelling to an exotic African country if everyone else is European? Where is the flavour in that? Europeans tend to travel safe and go for things that are familiar which is why Sal will appeal to them since it has a very European feel. They travel for the sun not for the curiosity of a different country and it’s local people. Cabo Verde is full of colours and I just don’t want it to end up like the Canary Islands, over touristic that pushes the local culture and people away from our own eyes.
