Vanessa thanks for sharing. Honestly, I don’t think any of those house are a home. They are all missing some warmth. I did like the huge master bedroom on that one house but nothing else in the home. The prices are interesting too.

It is actually ridiculous that in 2022 that Ghanians do not know the benefits of gardens. I just don’t get it!🙄 I am with you no garden and trees no house renting or buying for me.
To answer your question; I wouldn't have moved into any. Why don't you get even a 50×100 and build you a starter home… and move up as you go. Honestly, this was painful.

House no. 3 or 4, but they all seem too big to rent. I would find a smaller house with less rent, less responsibility and liability lol

These house are not inviting at all 🙄 and the prices are ridiculous. Realtors need to learn something about staging houses for rent ….mtwww
For that price I would just rent in Manhattan or LA where I'm guaranteed good roads amenities and a well paid job. Why would I want to rent in a poor country where water and electricity is not a given at any moment
