'We are heartbroken': NSPCA on cattle found dead onboard ship that docked in Cape Town

The National Council of Societies for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals(NSPCA) had to euthanise at least five cattle found in very bad condition onboard the live stock carrier Al Kuwait ship that docked at the Cape Town harbor on Sunday evening which fumigated parts of the city bowl on Monday.
