Police presence is generally low due to the low levels of crime, the city is also filled with surveillance cameras as someone else mentioned and as someone who’s travelled Africa a bit i can say it’s substantially cleaner overall

police are those streets cameras you keep passing along the streets, besides our less populated city we are naturally clean even to our houses, wish you could go see where the rich stays like Setlhoa, Phakalane, Mmokolodi, Notwane etc and any other where the average live.
