WATCH | Parts of Cape Town flooded as SA Weather Service upgrades storm warning for Western Cape

The SA Weather Service (SAWS) has upgraded the weather warning for Thursday from a level 6 to a level 8 for disruptive rainfall in the province.

This is as the province continues to be gripped by icy weather conditions.

The SAWS said on Thursday the 24-hour rainfall will include between 40-60mm accumulations.
