  2. I wish ppl would value animals more. They are something special. I’ve seen stories of pigs, cats, cows, deer, whales, dolphins, elephants, gorillas, beavers, birds saving ppl and certainly dogs are our closest allies – there should be more respect and love shown to animals. Back when we had to hunt, there was more respect for the life of the animal that was taken. Now they come wrapped in plastic and you barely give a second thought to the life that was taken. A little appreciation and thought can shift our consciousness and make us a lot more caring about our environment and all the lives that dwell the Earth. I am not saying don’t eat meat – if you think that’s what you need for your health then do so but give a little back, show more appreciation and respect for the animal you are consuming.

  3. I see Asshat Cele is in on the action, getting as much publicity as he can before the elections, when he's done nothing to better the situation, except cast aspersions against the DA. Well done to all the rescue personnel working with or without the dogs – you are all heroes and deserve medals! This is what South Africa is really about, not corrupt politicians playing cheap tricks to get in on the act!

  4. On Saturday a reporter said this man rescued says that several days ago rescuers freed workers around him and told him they will be back for him.But the team who rescued him says they found him by chance when they heard soft, feint groaning sounds and decided to investigate prompting him being rescued.
It is very worrisome that the speed of the rescue operation are so slow irrespective of the rescue operation are done with safety and consideration to both rescuers and victims 😢
