My only issue is that the speaker clearly asked the Majority leader to adjourn the house but I heard the leader giving a comment after which he adjourned the house. Was that the right thing to do? I thought that the Speaker was trying to avoid the usual banter btwn the two sides, while the President and the others were still present.
