Heavy snowfall in certain parts of the Free State and Kwazulu-Natal has caused the closure of the N3 between Harrismith and the Tugela Toll Plaza in both directions.
The N3 Toll Route will remain closed from Estcourt in KwaZulu-Natal to Harrismith in the Free State, and various other roads will also be closed due to the heavy snowfall….
