  1. Thank you for open a platform about investing in the Rural areas of KZN, so as other areas of South Africa.

Mam there is Oil and Gas in KZN and Coffee Bay, of which most South Africans are not aware off. It hurts to see that a country with such vast commodities in the land yet people are still suffering, may your channel expand to more Americans or anyone who is willing to invest in the above mentioned areas, to have a sound mind, because anyone who doesn't respect the land that produces greener pastures, that land will produce bad luck for that person.

  2. i just wanna say as a South African i have noticed a lot of you americans be coming to here, buying land and all that and am happy for you but I HATE IT, simply coz we have a lot of issues with our land, from rectifying the injustices of the past but because we in ICU, YALL ARE TAKING but then again i would to if i dollars

  3. Hello Queen. I follow some wealthy "Afrikaners" as they call themselves the same way I follow a few pro native African channels. How do you feel about the growing tensions between native Africans and these european decent trying to cement their imprint on the continent and the implications that could mean towards a civil war type of situation breaking out there?

Not trying to bring up anything negative. I just like to speak on what i feel is important information for us all.

  4. 33:00 as the Zulu tribe we were able to at least win a couple of fights against the whites using only spears. The Zulus simply won because of strategy. Guys I would really like to introduce Vusi Thembekwayo from South Africa on YouTube taking both business and history of Africa

  5. Don't kow if u have ever considered the jhb cbd as a long term plan for investment for a huge influx of diaspora, the govt tried some urban redevelopment zones, remunerations and developments and a lot succeeded eg newtown, maboneng, braamfontein but also failed for a lot of other reasons, i think the massive scale of the project was not well planned for, misuse of funds, corruption, massive migration of people from rural areas and foreigners which the infrastructure could not withstand etc if u look at hillbrow, yeoville, bezvalley, doornpoort there were small inroads however fell short of it's intended goal, if u're talking about an exodus of people this would be an alternative considering the great numbers, for a middle income family who maybe could not afford property in an estate or expensive suburb, it would gentrify the cbd over a period of time, returning the cbd to its former glory, cleaning up the inner city just like Rudi Guilanni cleanned up the urban decay of New York, the cbd could be restored just like when the mining companies where still operating from the city centre which was not too long ago anyway I could go on but u can do some research on the inner city UDZ incentives maybe approach municipalities if they would be interested in the revival of the redevelopment of cbd's country wide and that would include Durban, PE, Pretoria etc this is just an eg of the alternatives available in SA

  6. Ashley, this was a really super informative live. I always enjoyed your contents , but this one is speaking a lot of sense to me. Let me know how to get a hold of her because I want to hear more about the ideas of education. I am a huge fan of education and building the culture from within. One of the biggest threat here for SA is preserving their culture while preparing myself to respect and learn their culture as diaspora. I am expecting to visit SA this year before May " God's willing. #YouGlowAshley🙂
