As a non christian who appreciates your content ( for uears)…to be honest, the nuanced nature of belief is crazy. There's no need to be argued or be belittling each other darlings in the comments. I believe in African spirituality, and thus, ancestors play a vital role in that. I dont worship them, though. They are izidalwa zaNkulunkulu, the equivalent of what we call the divine source of all things seen and unseen, the universe and all in it. It's okay to bring your ancestors.. literally, they ard your DNA going back to the first appearance or expression of God, which is Mvelinqangi. I have nothing against christinaity as long as it makes better people. Why hate? We are all from God and have little essences of God in us. I love it here….
