  1. Happy New Year to you and your family. Please I needs your help on Nigerian foods to be eating just recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetics and to lose weight. Please get in touch with me. It’s very important. Don’t let me die o. Thanks

  2. I like your energy and your content is interesting to me reinforcing elegance and how to always display it. I would like to suggest that it looks more elegant to sit at a table with a knife and fork and have your dinner even if you are eating alone. Many times I notice you eat either in front of the TV or while at your computer (not elegant).

  3. Lovely! ❤ beautiful Goddess. Sugar, refined sugar spike my blood so high had to call the ambulance a few times. It was so high one time the medic scale literally broke, they could not believe the reading. Well, they couldn't read anything actually, it was off the chart/scale.😂 Yet l am not diabetes. The less refined the sugar, the darker the sugar the better. The simple truth to healthy life, the bitter the food the better and healthier. The word "whole" comes from the word Alkan, the Alkan tribes, where we get the English word alkaline. Which means electric food really. Food that are less acidic and more Alkan/ alkaline. The Alkan tribe are the riverine, Niger delta tribes like the ljaw, urhobo, abibio, lkwere, ishekiri diet. Thank you.

  4. This video is amazing… I was recently diagnosed with high sugar levels and I'm on a one month exercise and no sugar diet recommended by my doctor. This video just gave me some motivation and inspiration. I'll definitely watch this video again and I'll also pick up some pointers. Thanks Winnie!!❤

  5. Hi Winnie, Just want to share this with you b'cos I'm fan of cakes or what the British calls puddings. Like you said, too much sugar is not good for our health. I'm really confirming this with you that it is really bad for the eyes, and as we all know, without our eyes, we'd be helpless. As you are on this subject, and have this means to send out this message, please do with the info I got from the health forum here in France, only it is written in French language. I just hope that you will be able to find someone who can interpret or translate this for you 🤗.

Nice sharing this with us and I hope that many people will be able to change their attitude with the intake of sugar. Stay blessed as always.✌️✌️❤️❤️&😘😘🤗.
