Sis I struggle with social media. I've spent sooooo many years in a negative mental state. Something happened when I turned 40 a few years back. Although I struggle, I am believe that the more positivity I put out, the more it will come back to me. I know we will always go through things, but I am in a phase of focusing only on the good.
