He shared his ordeal on Emelia Brobbey’s talk show, “Okukuseku”.
According to the Mofra Yi singer, he was in Obuasi for an event where he was scheduled to perform alongside other artistes.Â
During radio interviews, his popularity became evident as every caller wanted to speak with him.Â
He believes this sparked jealousy among his colleagues, who allegedly plotted to poison him. Â
In a bizarre incident at their hotel, a mentally ill individual entered and poured out the food Noble had ordered, just before he was about to receive it. Noble shared this harrowing experience on the talk show, exposing the dark side of the gospel music industry.
âI went for a programme in Obuasi. Before that programme, I went for an interview; I was very popular, so anyone who called on the show wanted to speak with me. Also, I was at the radio station with my other colleagues in the industry, who got jealous because the callers didnât recognise their presence,â he told the Emelia Brobbey.
I went back to my hotel to prepare for the programme that made me travel to Obuasi. I ordered food before going to freshen up. I was in the bathroom when I heard noises in the hotelâs parlour. I went out to find out what was happening. Not knowing, a mentally ill person had entered the hotel and poured the food I ordered away. Amidst the commotion, the colour of my food changed. My food was poisoned,â he added.
