We spent 10 days at Verdura in 2012. It was fantastic. We were there with the International Seniors Amateur Golfing Society for a week long tournament. The rooms and service were great. We loved the two Kyle Phillips Golf courses plus the 9 hole 3 par course which wraps around the spa. We also enjoyed going into Sciacca a old fishing village just 15 minutes from the resort. We found some really great local restaurants there. We highly recommend Verdura, it's well worth the drive from the airport.

Who came here after Shahid Kapoor and Mira Kapoor posting about food and dirty sheets in this resort on their insta.

14:28 пляж похож на жилище бомжей…

@luceinbattaglia9425

I was expecting more sincerely. The beach is artificial and the resort looks empty. I wouldn’t book it.

@enaanand

wait… this is Italy??

@mcdmcd224

When you say “I was upgraded to a ….., during my stay” do you mean you were upgraded on check in or you checked in and then they realised who you were and upgraded you?

@corradocampanella423

Complimenti mr. Forte per la sua imprenditoria alberghiera che da lavoro e sviluppo ogni augurio di maggiori successi .in bocca al lupo. Bravissimo.

@Loupadron2010

Outstanding narrative of the resort. Great music that enhances the all around nature and a state of being surrounded by wholesome environs. However, I do not like the minimalism look and they should have had an infinity pool which is the latest and they have to make sure that the water from the pool does not leak like we saw in the video. Is there any music available other than your own via Youtube and/or such? Are there any tennis courts? Is the sea always that rough and then to walk all over pebbles and rocks?

@Capo51

To fullfill your great presentations it would be great, if you could add also the price information, like the price per night to get better comprehension of the price quality ratio of the various destinations. In this special case the price of limo service sounded overpriced. That leads easily to conclusion that the rest follows the same line. Ppl also critisized a lot of the spartan style of this venue, and lack of Italian and Sicilian ambiance, but on the other hand it offers lot of space in this covid time, nice beach and super sized pool plus golf facilities, so In the end all those things are matter of taste. Thank you for sharing, you have done out standing job showing the various potential bucket list destinations. Kiitos!

@Mirando67

One of my ideal hotels if I want to rest. Simplicity and good taste without cheap ostentation. Good work as always. Thanks.

@Ste967

The beach is terrible and the sea is even worst if possible… Considering the pricing of this resort its just a shame for Italy… and I'm italian. For all foreigners people looking for amazing sea and beaches, make youself a favour, go to Sardinia not in Sicily…

@louisamartinez2007

How Lovely ❤️🤍💙

Excellent for visualization!!!

@marcoguggi1243

over prices for what it is!! There is defintely much better for the same amount of money. As usual (I am Italian) Italy is overpriced for what you get

@Videoproducerfantic

Outdated décor, bland, lazy, and ugly place to be quite honest.

@saraataqal3767

We will thank you more if you add the price by night

@everyhot9123

Looks Spacious with scenic views

@CRISONELOVE

Sardegna? When we will see you in Sardegna? It's so beautiful and people are so nice there! 😁⛵🏖️

@BigAidsIII

Finally the best piece of LTE music is back!!

@Thankyou573

Thank you very much. I enjoy everywheres you have been.

@JackJack-xw7yq

Even with the excellent filming, this place is still “meh”.

@colliewollie1471

We stayed her about 7 years ago where it was really The hotel to go to. I am sorry you missed the luscious breakfast buffet, it really was incredible. Our only disappointment at the time was the beach area. We loved the spa and found the room, at that time, to be very comfortable.

@southern04girl

Well, I'm a few days late on viewing this beautiful resort, Everything about it is awe-inspiring. Its definitely time for a holiday escape. There were a few highlights that caught my attention. (1) I loved the deco of the resort. The loungers were plushed and comfy. (2) The public areas inside of the resort was wide, roomy, and spacious, The space invites guests to come and sit awhile. And, (3) That POOL. I know its calling my name. I also loved the beach area. I have never stayed at this resort. But, I can say that it has popped up on my bucket list. I'm making future plans NOW!!! Thanks to The Luxury Travel Expert. Excellent video.

@47404740

WOW! What a complex resort. Sicily has its beauty, too. Not your usual stays Luxury Travel Expert, either … as you often go ‘boutique’.
(It does have a ‘timeshare’ feel to it, though) 👍🏻

@gambacherkalbenstein

POFFERTJES VOOR ALLE!!!

do you have a playlist?

@vatsalasampat895

Hey doc. It was a pleasure watching your travel video after ages. Impeccable as usual. The music is so soft and lilting and adds a charm to the beautiful filming. Thank you so much.

@AirplaneMart

I wouldn't mind being there right now, instead of our cold Canada.

@juancasas2727

Dear LTE: My wife and I watch your reviews with great expectation always. We're your fans; you're a reference to these matters. Well, about this particular hotel: it might be expensive, but definitely it's VERY FAR BELOW the many others you've posted. Quality, looks, design, everything! This place is so average, we hardly believed it was actually in your channel. With all due respect, I'd suggest to just let it go from this exclusive hand picked collection of great places you've visited. Best regards!

@jijib7691

I am sorry. I am not going to give a Thumbs Down because I respect your work too much. But this hotel PALES in comparison to every single other hotel you have displayed over the years. The lay out is awkward, the rooms are way too far from everything else, they can use a paint job, the staff is half respectful and knowledgeable of the masks, the beach is not the best, and well, I could go on. Not my favorite at all unfortunately.

@6falconsue

Well, I'm late again–been having some tech difficulties which have taken hours of my time, and have resulted in the need to send real people out to fix various problems. Anyway, I was disappointed that no red wine was provided with your suite's amenities. I shall remedy that by having a glass of cabernet. I don't recall you visiting any resort with a golf course: certainly not one that large! Very beautiful setting. Pretty easy to social distance, too 🙂 Hugest pool ever! I see that the comment below mine commented that the resort is "very sterile" and I would agree it's a bit too modern for my taste. But I'm betting you loved it! I did like your suite. Gosh, I haven't had calamari in over a year–it sure looked yummy. Loved the closing shot with the eggs bene–I was beginning to worry! Glad you got to travel during the pando. Next week I'll be fully vaccinated with nowhere to go! Still on lockdown in the Bay Area and all the same rules apply. I feel positively naked without a mask 🙂 Take care, Dr. LTE–someday we'll meet in NYC–lol.

Trillions like and best comment for you because you are best on Earth and follower respect you,we need videos in Real 120fps or 240fps 4K,8K and Sound in FullHD Surrounded

@bobsays7890

I think this resort reminds me of an idealised 1960s style, the sort of thing you would see drawn in the jet-set era travel magazines in their vision for future holidays. Interesting, but not my kind of style. A lot of people in the comments are criticising this resort as soulless and bland, I can see what they mean, but I'm not really seeing all that much difference between this and other modern-style hotels and resorts LTE seems to like, it's just this one is more spaced-out.

@josephguastella8037

Beautiful… looks like a H10 resort… can't wait to stay … love Sicilia

@haneen7618

😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍

@astara5802

You have seen so many amazing destinations. I would like to know 3 things: which one has the best breakfast, the best diner/lunch and which one has the best location? And: is there one destination to be your absolute favourite? Is that possible? Thanks a lot in advance!

@calvinsylveste8474

33:32 You cant trust anyone is actually following proper hygiene protocols in any circumstances. Even if it's low probability the kitchen staff could transmit via contaminated prepared food, follow the rules and you will not need to complain about shut down establishments.

@rsjosh7403

Love the cinematography and the food — but that's probably because I'm always hungry. I do share the same sentiments with the others about the aesthetics of the hotel. The design of your room is confusing, the landscape is too sparse, and the wellness center is too "clinical". I kinda like how it looks at night but that's about it. Maybe the hospitality makes up for the poor ambience.
