Another great video, thank you from France.
For mulching, I think wood chips are better than straw. The lifespan of straw is 6 months maximum, whereas that of wood shavings can exceed 2 years… What's more, wood shavings are much richer in carbon than straw: you need 1 meter of straw to have the carbon content of 5cm of wood shavings… This carbon will enrich your soil, which will gradually turn black. This wood will nourish all the life in the soil – it's the earth's favorite food … This wood will develop soil fungi that will help your crops grow better … And, to get lots of wood shavings, you need a powerful shredder …

    Incredible video as usual.

A minor observation: Might want to invest in a gimbal/stabilizer. Can be a bit nauseating to watch when the video shaking for extended periods of time.

I garden in Florida. I love your channel. What zone are you in? I’m in zone 9B. I have some of the same issues you do, and I like to learn how you over came your hell…lol😂 Florida is nothing bout sand. I envy your clay mix. I mulch deep. And cover with hay, because straw is rediculous expensive.
