  1. Very nicely done video. Having a tribe is so inportant. Living a vegan lifestyle as a person of color can be a lonely road to walk down. God bless these guys ❤🙏🏾❤️

  2. I gave up meat fifteen years ago and went completely vegan three years after that. I did it for the same reasons as Danni and have never looked back. I have an iron will because living in the SW I don't know any vegans but would love to be a part of a group like this.

  3. Well done Ethan. This is a very well constructed and executed documentary. I'm glad to see that Danni and her friends have had continuing success with this wonderful and very necessary group.

  4. Hi,
This us so beautiful and encouraging to me. I have transitioning for a while and I doing pretty good, I haven't have eaten chicken in 8 mos and turkey in a few weeks. I really feel good and I don't want to go back because I'm afraid to now. My main concern is that I'm not getting enough protein and I'm not getting enough calories. I need help

  5. This is great, but I think the whole concept of "people of color" should be abandoned, as an artifact of segregation. Everyone is a person of color.

  6. Black vegan here! Thank you so much for this video. I live in Texas and feel incredibly alone. It filled my heart to learn about this community and to know that I have a tribe! Looking forward to connecting with them, learning more about them and supporting them!

  7. I just found out about the restaurant Mush the other day. Looking forward to visiting this restaurant and would love to join this group!!

  8. I developed ill health because I over did it…..tea, almonds, sweet potatoes, nuts, green smoothies…thinking I was eating healthy…..overloaded my body with oxalates.

  9. I love this! I wish there was something like this in my community. I went pescatarian overnight nearly two years ago. Then, shortly after vegetarian (no dairy, no eggs). However, I tried to become vegan overnight, but sometimes it's the cheese and cream cheese I sometimes go back to. Heeelllp.
