  2. Dr. Onyeka Nubia, Thank you for the information very useful. My diet is a Western based diet lots of rice and pasta and a variety of salads mainly green. I tend to eat steamed or fried, fish or cooked in a stew and roasted or fried chicken as part of my protein intake also as part of my protein intake I have a lot of eggs and cheese. I do eat a lot of chick peas tined is that alright? The beans and chick peas is this a protein supplement?

  3. Thank you can you suggest some alternatives. I still eat Chicken and fish can you suggest alternatives. You’re delivery of information is so to the point.

  4. Thanks again. I am guilty of eating meat not everyday. About 2-3x a month. Fruits and Vegetables I buy organically grown and shop at local farmes. No milk going on 15 years plenty of fresh handmade nut milk. I implemented just only for 2 years. Natural sugars from fruits.
