  1. Everyone who is concerned that this “isn’t enough calories” is missing the fact that I am 5’2 at 115lbs. (My bmr is only 1800 calories on days I don’t train) Bulking means you have to STEADILY increase calories – so working up to 2300 calories is not something you should do overnight. (Also this video was when I was just getting back to training after recovering from surgery where I was inactive for 4 months so it took months to rebuild my appetite. ) Remember to never assume you know someone’s body stays based on what you see online. ❤️

  2. Rear ends / buttocks are not shaped like that,looks like you had a brazillian buttlift or botox. There is no biological way for your buttocks to be huge and your stomach flat thats physically impossible.

  3. I was suprised to see this kind of post meal, I just cant live without meat. I tried becoming a vegan just because I love animals, about 8 years ago and I didnt eat meat for some 2 weeks, I got sick and felt really really bad, I became pale and went to doctor for blood check and results were awful, doctors said that was very dangerous for me, maybe I didnt eat enough different foods. Anyway after that time I just cannot live without meat and after gym mostly I eat meat with a little bit of vegetables and fruits
