African National Congress (ANC) Secretary-General Fikile Mbalula says the ANC will pay back all funds it received from the collapsed VBS Mutual Bank.
Speaking on the outcomes of the ANC NEC Lekgotla, Mbalula says the VBS Bank should be restored to its full operation and handed back to its rightful owners.

How can the ANC pay back stolen money without the guilty getting sentenced for fraud and theft. If a civilian steals something and gives it back or robs a bank , they will not be charged if they pay or give it back.
