US President Joe Biden lands in Cape Verde


US President Joe Biden arrives in Cape Verde, West Africa on Monday morning. He is set to meet Prime Minister Ulisses Correia e Silva before flying on to Angola, the White House said.

President Biden will visit the National Museum of Slavery in Angola’s capital Luanda, during the two-day trip and stop at the Lobito port on Wednesday.

  1. Is this his idea of an African tour. What difference he thinks he can make? He could have just stayed in his old age home. We dont need visits at last minute like we are an afterthought.
