  2. After the COVID pandemic and given the advanced IoT, people feel comfortable and relaxed when living in the rural area and working online or enjoying the hybrid model. How to create other sources of rural incomes/revenues?

  3. There will continue to be a large proportion of people who refuse to live in high density cities. The numbers on the current state of urbanization are skewed by the inclusion of a considerable proportion of suburbs and single family homes.

    I think the advances described are cool, and I wish them a great deal of success. But especially with the entrenchment and growth of remote work, the idea that everyone is going to flock to multi-unit housing is simply not realistic.
