Guess the joke is on the landlord, the dude be cashing out from this joint for years then when you find out you bring police to tear things apart when you could have sat down to negotiate a settlement agreement, he would just rebrand and regroup at a different location while you spend fortunes to restore your property, who is giving them property advice ?? Guess that is what happens when regulated property management systems are practically non-existent in the country. Any one can just wake up and lease or sell property.
